Watching Flowers in the Rain

I really like flowers in the rain! They are often more beautiful with a few "tears". Here it has been raining almost continuously for three days!!!!

A few tears don't hurt them Noucher :-) We have had some heavy showers today.
As good as it is for the garden, I prefer the sunshine!

I have photographed flowers of this kind in the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow. Now I know what they are called. Thank you! It is an educational experience visiting your gallery, Rosa. Stay safe. Cheers, Joe

You can thank my wife for the rain Rosa.............it had been dry here all morning and then she hung out the washing...................it's chucking it down now :-))

This is beautiful.................I love the colour of the flowers and especially the vibrant green of the leaves and background. There's still quite a few new buds on there, so many more flowers to com! Excellent..!!

It's as bad as cleaning the windows Keith! We did need it, so she is forgiven by me ;-)
I was lucky to see one flower open, as they close up when the weather is not good.
We need a few nice sunny days again now!

A gorgeous rich colour enhanced by the rain Rosalyn, I hadn't heard them called African Daisy I looked it up and there is also another flower Arctotis a HHA called that
