Amelia ^club

They are luscious, but unfortunately so short lived. Apart from our daily walk this morning, I have spent most of the rest of the day rescuing climbing roses and clematis that have been blown off walls and fences. The herbaceous borders have been flattened too. I hope it is far less windy tomorrow.

That is the downside to them Amelia. It has been very windy here also. I have had to stake some of the taller plants and dead parts of the tree are all over the lawn! Much less windy today....hope it's the same for you.

That's beautiful. The leaves just as much so as the flower. The colours are lovely as is the detail. My peonies are a bit neglected too. I have two buds but whether they will unfurl into flowers I don't know. They are still very tight buds.
