I was born in London (10 miles from Marble Arch !!) we moved to Kent when I was 8.... left school moved myself back to London ......... lived all over the UK ... not least in the "eastern counties" but that came alot later....

Did you try to shoot with either reduced ISO or a smaller aperture, testing how good the stabilizer works? I'm a specialist for camera shake but 1/60 looks comfortable even to me;-)
