How to get the (hopefully intoxicating) pear out without destroying the bottle which was a gift from a French friend?

If the bottle has a seam at the bottom,
you can get it with a glass cutter.
But "single" ... in which all this is made by hand have no seam.
Then you only have to crush the pear.... but wait!
Or you let the pear in the bottle and fill only to liquid

I would not smash the bottle at all.
She is very soft and even the smallest splinters would get stuck in her.
