Oh, Ipernity "Location" name is not right. This is an steep inlet on the south coast of Boot Head peninsula, protected by Maine Coast Heritage Trust. Lubec Maine is more than 15 kilometers away: a village, not this wild coast.
Cliff height here is about 13 meters.
And, a short distance west of here is even a more wild rugged bit of coastline. I missed the trail to it this time (and it is labelled as a "beach" on the local map, which I wasn't interested in anyway; so I wasn't diligent in searching). Will try harder next time, hopefully at high tide after a storm.

South shore of Boot Head with Hurricane Henri offshore; an area protected by Maine Coast Heritage Trust. Cliff height here is about 13 meters.
(Realty agents trying to sell the last remaining parcels of oceanside land in Downeast Maine call this "crashing surf"; in this instance, realtors are telling the truth. Preservation and conservation societies are in a race with private buyers to acquire this same oceanfront land.)

Under gray skies, these cliffs: ponderous, massive, implacable.
Cliff height toward the top right of this shot is over 25 meters.

Lubec Dock ... Johnson Bay ...
(not the California scene Otis Redding might have envisioned) ...
And "watching the tide roll away" here is serious business: about 6 - 7 meters variation high-to-low tide.

Hamilton Cove, Trescott Maine.
Background is Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick Canada; a frequent backdrop for many seaward shots on Maine's "Bold Coast".
Hurricane Henri off the coast, but disappointingly not much wave action here.

Eastport Maine: the far northeast of the U.S.
... Downeast Magazine rates the lobster rolls here as among the best in Maine. Just a little carry-out restaurant at the end of a lobster boat pier; accessed via a dirt road.

For a really "Happy Friday" (with or without fences), try Allagash White draft, brewed in Portland Maine.
The umbrellas were probably supplied by the Budweiser salesman as free advertising. But Sam Adams Lager is a regional New England choice. And there are plenty of good Maine small breweries.
