The Stokes Bay Line on the Gosport peninsula was a short branch from the Fareham to Gosport line which opened in 1863 and closed as long ago as 1915. In spite of the passage of time, much of the 1½ miles is accessible today as a cycle and pedestrian path.
This is the view from north of Clayhall Road towards the Little Anglesey Viaduct.
