Red Ivy

Red Ivy
I'm not sure exactly what type of ivy this is, but I think it's Virginia Creeper. It grows on some derelict land near where Ilve and it's really beautiful.

Ivy can be such a pain to deal with, but this beauty would be more welcome in the garden,
Delightful colours and fine detail in a wonderful capture, Keith!

I think you're right Roger...........but this would be lovely providing you kept it under control. I may just go back and take a cutting to see if I can grown some.

Glad you like the photo........and thanks for your comments.

Thanks very much for the information Wilhelm................I shall be very careful to keep a close eye on them as you suggest. My garden is already pretty wild most of the time, so I'm not really too worried :-)

I'm pleased you like the photo........

It's a shame the leaves fall so quickly when they turn red
