End of the line

Watchet Harbour and the end the mineral railway line, The Mineral Railway was built between in the mid 19th century to take iron ore from the mines on the Brendon Hills to the waiting boats for transportation to South Wales.

The light in this shot is absolutely wonderful. You've captured the whole scene in superb colour and fantastic detail. I especially like the rusty old rails.........and the stones between them, and I like the old bollards with peeling paint and rust showing through. The red lighthouse draws the eye in nicely and the red topped marker post matches well. Beautifully composed Roger.
