Westport WA (#1369)
On basically a spur of the moment decision, I decided to go to Westport, which is on the Pacific. I wasn't going to do it because I assumed it was going to be just another oceanfront town of vacation homes, but it was only 22 miles from Aberdeen, so decided to check it out. The town was far more interesting than I had assumed.
This is the Westport Maritime Museum, housed in the former Coast Guard station built in 1939 to New England standards for stations. I was more interested in exploring the area, so didn't go in.
