Sunday 7 July 2019 – Mil-Ken Travel OM11 KEN seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills. A Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B13RT which I believe was new to Logan of Dunloy in April 2011 registered YN11 AXV. The greenery around my usual chosen photo spot is starting to get too high and has almost obscured the subject!

Tuesday 10 September 2019 (1123) – Mil-Ken Travel HIL 6327 seen at Mildenhall Swimming Baths on a school to baths working. It is a Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo B12B which I believe was new to Trathens Travel Services in March 2008 for National Express service work registered HSK 657. Trathens is related to Parks of Hamilton.

Tuesday 10 September 2019 (1123) – Mil-Ken Travel HIL 6327 seen at Mildenhall Swimming Baths on a school to baths working. It is a Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo B12B which I believe was new to Trathens Travel Services in March 2008 for National Express service work registered HSK 657. Trathens is related to Parks of Hamilton.

Friday 18 September 2020 (0737) - Mil-Ken Travel OIG 8935 seen heading up Bell Lane, Barton Mills working an American school contract. It is a Jonckheere SHV bodied Volvo B13RT that was new to Lochs and Glens of Aberfoyle in June 2013 registered BJ13 TXP. The building on the right is of typical East Anglian construction comprising brick and flint. On the left outside the Bell Inn is the village’s former telephone kiosk which now houses a defibrillator.

Friday 18 September 2020 (0737) - Mil-Ken Travel OIG 8935 seen turning to Bell Lane from The Street in Barton Mills working an American school contract. It is a Jonckheere SHV bodied Volvo B13RT that was new to Lochs and Glens of Aberfoyle in June 2013 registered BJ13 TXP.

Friday 18 September 2020 (0737) - Mil-Ken Travel OIG 8935 seen in The Street in Barton Mills working an American school contract. It is a Jonckheere SHV bodied Volvo B13RT that was new to Lochs and Glens of Aberfoyle in June 2013 registered BJ13 TXP.

Friday 18 September 2020 (0726) - Mil-Ken Travel JAZ 6914 seen in The Street, Barton Mills working an American school contract. It is a Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B9R that was new in May 2012 to Park's of Hamilton who used it on National Express work. From new it carried registration number HSK 651, a registration worn by about seven different Park's vehicles bought new since 1994. The registration it now bears has been carried by at least two earlier Mil-Ken coaches in the past.

Monday 17 May 2021 (approx. 0840) – Pressing the wrong button on my camera created a short video rather than the intended photograph. However, I managed to obtain this still from the video. Mil-Ken Travel J50 MKT, a Volvo 9700 bodied Volvo B11RT, seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills. It is possible that this coach was new to Cummer Coaches of County Galway, Ireland registered 151-G-1748 becoming BX64 UMH when registered in Britain.

Monday 1 November 2021 (0853) - Mil-Ken Travel J50 MKT, a Volvo 9700 bodied Volvo B11RT, seen arriving at the Mildenhall Hub/Mildenhall College Academy (MCA) when working a Suffolk County Council school contract. I believe this coach was new to Cummer Coaches of County Galway, Ireland registered 151-G-1748 becoming BX64 UMH when registered in Britain. The Mildenhall Hub, opened in the late summer of 2021, is located on the western edge of the town centre and houses a number of different community facilities including the Council Offices, Clinic, Library, Leisure Centre, Swimming Pool, Police Offices, etc all of which were previously located in different parts of the town. MCA, expanded with the merging of the Mildenhall Upper and Riverside Middle Schools, serves students from a wide catchment area brought in by various contract vehicles and normal passenger services.

It is a Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo B12B which I believe was new to Trathens Travel Services (Park’s of Hamilton) registered HSK 659 in March 2008. (May have also carried registration KL08 RZR)

Friday 16 July 2021 (0840) – Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo coaches seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills heading to Mildenhall on a school contract workings. This was the last day of the school year. Coach Services of Thetford MX15 KLA had been new to Logan Executive Travel of Dunloy, Northern Ireland in May 2015. (A Volvo B11R. Mil-Ken Travel HIL 6328 is a Volvo B12B which I believe was new to Trathens Travel Services (Park’s of Hamilton) registered HSK 659 in March 2008. (May have also carried registration KL08 RZR)

Saturday 21 August 2021 (1119) – Mil-Ken Travel XLF 611 seen approaching Fiveways, Barton Mills. It is a Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B9R new to Park’s of Hamilton in April 2014. Initially it carried registration YX14 RZW but was re-registered LSK 502, one of the many private numbers Park’s use.

Monday 1 November 2021 (0853) – Mil-Ken Travel JAZ 4960, a Van Hool Astromega TD927, seen arriving at the Mildenhall Hub/Mildenhall College Academy (MCA) when working Suffolk County Council school contract ML411 from Sedge Fen, Burnt Fen, Kenny Hill and Beck Row. The Mildenhall Hub, opened in the late summer of 2021, is located on the western edge of the town centre and houses a number of different community facilities including the Council Offices, Clinic, Library, Leisure Centre, Swimming Pool, Police Offices, etc all of which were previously located in different parts of the town. MCA, expanded with the merging of the Mildenhall Upper and Riverside Middle Schools, serves students from a wide catchment area brought in by various contract vehicles and normal passenger services.
