1965 Cadillac Sedan De Ville - ECD 576C
Well, it's a 1965 Caddy, but other than that I've no idea.
Hopefully, someone out there can help and maybe even tell me what's with the straps coming off the front bumper?

autofantasia club has replied to Indycaver (Norm) clubAs for that bit on the front wing (fender) that had me puzzled too. I looked at the brochures on that site you told me about a while back, but none of them had anything like that on them.

The whole VIP thing seems to be more tied into the luxury look, big limousines and so on hence the connection to the Yakuza.
Or at least that's my understanding of it from what little I've read online.
Fleetwood model had brightwork on the rocker panels (below the doors) and lower rear quarters.
The thingy (technical term) on the fender must just be part of the trend to put simulated Buick VentiPorts on everything. Why they would thinks this adds anything to Cadillac style is beyond me. : [
