Once upon a time in Malaysia
Ah yes it was 1991 and I was a mere lad of 53…. -grin-
I just (just now, not back in 1991) cobbled together a lens and slide mounting system that I can attach to my digital camera to make digital copies of slides I took years ago.
Hence I just copied this slide to test the unit.
The boat in the picture was in a canal in Malaka (sometimes spelled Melaka or Malacca), in Malaysia on the Straits of Malacca, by the way.
A couple of years back I purchased a slide to digital copier, but this jury rigged system gives me a much better, crisper, image.
