The painted look
I thought the way this photo came out gives it a somewhat painted look. This orange Lily was growing a week ago at Reader Rock Garden. Most of the flowers there were finished for the season, unfortunately - Calgary has such a very short growing season. Some of our trees are now turning yellow, reminding us that winter is not all that far away.
