Powerscourt (13) - 24 September 2014

Our excursion to Powerscourt House & Gardens was one of the best we have had on a cruise. Powerscourt is at Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow. The house lacks something having been given over in large part to shops but the landscaped gardens with views to the Wicklow mountains are considered amongst the best in the world. These fungi appeared at first sight to blemish the lawn but, in fact, are quite attractive.
