This is a stunning photo - I just love to see poppies in the field like this - they're so vivid and so beautiful. I see there are other little flowers being allowed to grow freely in the field too. I have read Jens' comment and I also agree with him - instead of getting rid of all poppies, why can't they leave a large-ish area on the edge of a field for the poppies, whilst they sow crops in the rest of the field. That way - everyone should be happy!!
