But walking is still difficult, even though I'm achieving a high pedometer target. It's any uphill that gets me still. But, as I say, getting there bit by bit. Long covid is a bummer although I can give hope to others in that I'm significantly better than even 3 months ago!

Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre clubWe get Spring greens in the grasses and the crops then very suddenly (usually the first week of June) the temperature rises, the rain ceases and everything dries to a burnt stick! The temperature today was 37ºC, tomorrow is forecast at 39ªC and Sunday at 41ªC. So well into the 100s fahrenheit! But it's a dry heat and therefore I can tolerate it!

It is used ad nauseam by motorway planners to line roadways for 100s of kilometers and in truth it gets a bit monotous. But as a garden plant used in moderation, it has its place!
