Memories of Emerald Lake

Memories of Emerald Lake
Reminded of my travels here in the Canadian Rockies just the other night, I was tempted to release another shot of this magnificent lake. It is seated high in the YoHo national Park and believe me, our two hour stay besides this lake was all too short. The wooden buildings provides some accommodation and food for those lucky enough to stay longer.

Such a fantastic view across the lake to those majestic mountains. Brilliantly captured Herb. I especially like the reflections.

Another superb image in the PiP too.........the colour of the water is sublime and the reflections are perfect.

It was cool Daniela. I think you have scenes almost like this in your beautiful country too -but not quite on this scale. Another scene coming soon.

Thanks Jeff, We saw a few fur & feather contenders too. Maybe I shall post them here some day for you. (Bear, Wolf, Moose etc)
