The submerged baroque bridge This monument was made in the 18th century. The submerged bridge was created in baroque style, in the same style as the local church. The bridge is on the old road to Évora and is rarely dry. This ancient bridge in the Alentejo region has been submerged by the waters of the Pego do Altar dam.
