I have a new computer at last and I'm still getting used to it! This photo was taken inside the Russell-Cotes Museum in Bournemouth. The first trip made with my camera since October and the first new photos uploaded. I hope to be back properly on Ipernity in the new year. In the meantime, sorry for the lack of visits and I wish you all a HAPPY CHRISTMAS.

The small road leads to Dunster Castle. I stopped to admire this chimney on the way up! It's also a lovely little shop.

Farleigh Hungerford Castle is situated 9 miles from Bath and is near the Somerset Wiltshire border. The castle is cared for by English Heritage, and was built in two phases, the first being between 1377 and 1383 by Sir Thomas Hungerford.

Leaving Green Court Garden, you see the west wind of Athelhampton Manor. This garden "room" is number 9 on the suggested route map that you are given upon entering the gardens. Number 13 will then take you to the main entrance of the house. In PiP ~ I don't remember which garden room the pink rose was in, but I loved the delicate colour.

The gardens date from 1891 and include the Great Court with 12 giant yew topiary pyramids. This glorious Grade I architectural garden is full of vistas and surprises with spectacular fountains and the River Piddle flowing through it. The pyramids are over 30tf (10m) high.

Stopping off to buy an ice-cream at the village shop in Puddletown, we noticed this post box topper depicting "Humpty Dumpty" from the popular nursery rhyme. They seem to be popping up everywhere! One PiP.

The Ginger Syllabub rose in my garden, flowers profusely every year, but it is nearing the end of its growing season now, so this is probably my last photo of it for this year, and I was lucky enough to capture a bee on it, although not perfectly focused!

The 18-hole mini golf at the very top of Lister Gardens is a popular attraction. It is on two levels and has a great view! We played (in PiP) and Lyndsay won, Sophie and I were 2nd, only one point behind, and Michelle was 3rd, almost loosing the ball twice :-)) HFF.

A recently uncovered window in the High Street of Lyme Regis. The magazine pages and adverts that cover each pane of glass date when it was blocked! It would be a shame to replace it. If you are interested, take a closer look and see what you remember! Photo taken from across a busy road, so not as sharp as I would have liked.
