Came across this old Beetle a while back, but I didn't have the camera with me at the time. So I was pleased to discover it still parked up in the same spot in Northallerton when I was passing yesterday. Official records seem to suggest that this is a 1200, but the badging identifies it as a 1300 so take your pick. Either way, it isn't in the best of condition it has to be said, but given that it's sitting outside an MOT station maybe, just maybe, there are plans afoot for this old lady to be given a new lease of life.
