Reflecting the times we live in, this BMW X5 carries the badges of both Warwickshire and West Mercia Police who operate in a strategic alliance. The vehicle, VX15AFE, was seen just north west of J16 of the M40 where it was one of several attending the scene of a multi-vehicle accident which had caused long delays to Bank Holiday traffic before being moved to the hard shoulder. 200_2_P1130313

At the time of posting, this BMWX5, LJ13CYW, photographed at the Swansea Marriott, is a bit of a mystery. The badge bears the legend 'FAI Fire Rescue' and a 'Fire' title is on the rear of the vehicle but not on the bonnet. I can discover nothing more about it and hope that one of the many Blue Lights/999 experts will be able to cast some light on the subject. 200_2_P1050591C
