The prize for the most interesting toilets I have seen or used must surely go to the facilities at SeaCity Museum, Southampton. Before it became the museum, the building housed the police headquarters. The cells were retained and partially converted to provide the museum toilets.

These colourful facilities are at The Old Truman Brewery, E1. I like the mop and bucket in the composition. I should say that the 'closed' refers only to the door and not the actual toilets.

The Most Elaborate Toilets Ever? - 2 July 2013

I have mentioned elsewhere the elaborate ironwork to be found in some North Wales towns. There is no better example than this remarkable entrance to public toilets in Llandudno. This qualifies the picture for a special appearance in my 'Many Ways....' set.
