I agree! It's awful. Animals are people, too ;-) And you can't just dump them if you're tired of them. You ought to think before you get a pet if you're willing and able to take care of it. OK, sometimes people get ill or pass away, but only few pets (I think) are abandoned for that reason. Most people who abandon pets just got tired of them.

Or, like in the case of my old Torak, they are of no use any longer so not worth to live and cost !!!
