I assume the poles are for parasols.

The poles are for shade horizontal screens, now the poles have been removed.

An idea but I am not sure the owners of the concession would agree…
They tie shades between poles, now they have been removed for the season.

All year round I go out before the day break, at the beach as is Penedos (uphills) to enjoy the first light and be on my own to hike with the dogs.
