NOT THE KENNEL ABOVE, FORTUNATELY: THE KENNEL OF MERTOLA IS MODERN, CLEAN, FUNCTIONAL.

TODAY I WENT TO THE KENNEL TO BRING HOME AN OLD RESCUED DOG NOBODY WANTED, IN THE KENNEL SINCE JANUARY 2018. SHE IS A SWEET AND THIS DAY IS THE FIRST OF HER NEW LIFE.
I WILL CATCH UP AS I CAN…

Well captured Isabel, - lots of detail to enjoy from the rust to the chicken wire that is oddly just at the top of the fence, and both metal and, of course, blue string securing it.

Podencos are primitive dogs from the Peninsula, related to Ibizenco, Pharaoh dog and others from Mediterranean basin. She is old and I want to give her a good life for the time she has left.

I didn’t want another dog after my Estrelinha, but this old lady was since January 2018 in the kennel and no-one came forward to adopt her… so I decided to give her a good final years of her life…
