More letterboxes
In case my previous shot of our old letterbox seemed unusual, it's worth mentioning that rural letterboxes in Australia come in a huge diversity of styles - here are some more. I'd suggest best on black.

I wonder if a letterbox/mailbox is considered to be an extension of one's personality ;-)
tiabunna club has replied to Polyrusbut I guess there is time ... ;-) we could have a "on the letterbox

PS: does everyone take it in turns to empty the letterboxes and deliver to their
neighbours I wonder ;-) hehehe

The scene is not bad of course and it may even have some interesting points. On my part I'd have chosen a different POV and composition: one of those letter box in foreground and the following row in a lovely diagonal.
tiabunna club has replied to SkipperI suspect your shot would have been similar to this one.
I prefer the horizontal format in this case, but it's a matter of personal choice. Anyone else care to comment on this?

About the "like" button I was strongly contrary to that at the beginning. After quite a good time spent in photographic sites I understood that is the only way some people have to "assess" a photo, either because they don't know English or they are not accustomed with expressing one's feelings and impressions (or are too hasty and not willing to do it). So why not? Let them use it if they are not able to have a more meaningful relationship...
