Oh this is fabulous Joe. I love the geese and the poses. What are they made of - it has the appearance of some sort of silver wire? They are so cool. I also love the seats. What a delightful place to sit and relax watching the boats in the nicest of surroundings

Have a lovely new week

The geese sculptures are made of wire, Carol. The seats are made from whisky barrels. I use to work at the place where the geese guarded the whisky. Thanks for your very kind comment. I hope you have a good week too. All the best, Joe

Thank you for the information and link Joe and what a lovely story. That has made my day!
If I think about it geese are perfect for the job. My mum's friend worked at a boarding school where there was a long drive. She cycled home every night and was chased all the way by geese snapping at her feet!!

Best wishes Joe

Thanks, Carol. Sadly the geese no longer guard the Dumbuck whisky warehouses. It was a great place to work. All the best, Joe

I love them from the back Joe! I think the geese drank the whisky!!
Carol's last comment made me smile. Geese I'm sure they love to frighten us. LOL!
Cheers, Rosa.

When I worked at Dumbuck, Rosa, occasionally a goose would escape and the "goose man" would have to retrieve it from one of the surrounding streets. LOL. Cheers, Joe
