I like funny titles.

The pic is one thing, but the title for me in this case was as important. It's a play with words.
So let me try to explain.
A German idiom is : Ehre, wem Ehre gebührt = Honor to whom honor is due.
I changed the word Ehre = honor
against the very
similar sounding one Ähre = ear

so now the title is Dadaistic nonsense: ear to whom ear is due
