Building site at Claremont Road, Seaford, 8.3.2016

Formerly the site of a bus depot and in more recent times a furniture repository and once cleared a car sales lot. This seems to be the only good-sized building plot in Seaford. Now that the South Downs National Park is wrapped around its boundary, there are few other options for building new houses.
