LNWR 0-8-0 48944 at Burton undated

From a group of loose prints, many of which seem to be by Michael Brown of Harrogate. This one doesn't have a named photographer.
I am not at all sure which Burton this would have been - so I should be very pleased if that could be nailed down.
The date is after nationalisation and before withdrawal in 1957. Given the lack of the fourth set of coupled wheels, it could be after withdrawal. The third pair of wheels were flangeless, so moving it in that state would have been tricky.
