A Happy Bench(ish) Monday to all. I hope your week begins well and gradually improves as the days pass until it achieves the status of “spectacular”.
This may look like a soft and comfortable sofa, but the Old Owl rear end will attest to its hardness. It (the bench not my bum) sits behind the Sutton Street Hall in Mandurah, a fibro building which was a Presbyterian Church way back in ancient times (early 20th century, I think) and is now a Multicultural Services Centre. [UPDATE Actually it was a Methodist Chapel and is newer than I thought, being constructed in 1940.). The bench, of course, is new.
I think this looks better seen larger and on a dark background. Please press Z to see whether you agree.
(PS Sorry about the crappy car park.)
