Fabulous, I've got a pink flamingo, unfortunately not quite as almost fluorescent as yours; he's called Philipe and flaps his wings via solar power. At least yours look to have a meaning in life Keith - measuring cups?

Yes, these are novelty measuring cups (one cup, half a cup, and a quarter of a cup, to be precise). I found them in a charity shop!
