in our previous house we had the same problem as you.

We just have one sycamore tree now, but we used to have two......one had to be taken down as the base of the trunk had rotted and it was dangerous.........but it certainly reduced the number of seed heads. They're just in the hundreds now instead of the thousands :-)))

We try and clear up the seed heads before they get a chance to germinate, but it's a losing battle most of the time!

In meinem Garten hasse ich sie, weil ich im nächsten Frühjahr wieder tausend kleine Bäume ausreißen muss. Aber als Fotomotiv sind sie wirklich schön, besonders in der Art und Weise wie du sie präsentierst!
