I was in the RN for 30 years Herb..........May 1968 (aged 15) until June 1998........so yes, lots of memories, mostly good but some not so good, like most people I should imagine.

Glad you like the shot........It took me ages to find these and I had to polish them up a bit.

You really ought to give the Macro Dreams Challenge group a go.........there is no obligation to do any particular challenge and you can look back over the previous challenges and do one of those if you want. No pressure to to one if you can't be bothered either.

These buttons show the Queens crown.............any new ones that are made will have the Kings crown on them, which is a slightly different design.
