Sorry I haven't been around to comment or star for a few weeks, nearly all my family have decided to be in various states of ill health; it's been utter madness!!

Seaside shelter indeed! That's just so cool, something I've never seen before. I don't know, maybe things like that can be found on the east coast but not on the west coast as far as I know. I really do enjoy all the interesting structures where you live that just aren't here where I live! In any event, it's a perfect shot and so inviting as well! :)

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments about my happy starfish and insets. Totally delighted that you pointed out the wide format starfish image because I really vacillated about that one for the main image...it's actually a better picture imo, because it's more unique and cool looking. Discovering those starfish partially buried was a super surprise! :)

As always, your thoughtful commentary has me turning into a kitty and rolling around in the warm sunspot on the living room floor, purring my head off! :) <3

Glad you like the shot Janet.............nearly all the beaches here have shelters like this on the promenade. Some like this one are quite new and others date back to Victorian times.
