Southsea Street Art
This was taken at a location outside a row of shops in Southsea. The artwork on this wall changes regularly so I always check every month or so. Unusually this one is signed - the artist is Pogo.

Pogo is a French artist currently living in the UK. He specialises in complex multi-layer stencils. Check out his website here: www.pogo-uk.com his work is very impressive.

I thought it might have been a poster Keith, but that's a very impressive piece of wall art. Good that you can keep an eye on it with it regularly changing. Interesting to read that he uses multi layered stencils. I think that's the same technique as Banksy.
