Egg
Something really simple today and no puns!
You used to be able to "go to work on an egg".
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, you're obviously much younger than me but you can check out the link if you have nothing better to do:

Keith Burton club has replied to Ulrich John clubKeith Burton club has replied to Berny clubKeith Burton club has replied to Colin Ashcroft clubWe normally try and get our eggs from a farm shop..........but at the moment we have to get the free range ones from the supermarket (or anywhere that has some). I've never noticed any difference in shell thickness though............maybe chickens are tougher in the Peak District :-))
Keith Burton club has replied to Gudrun clubYes, the whole "go to work on an egg" campaign was a very "English" thiing! We're a bit odd sometimes :-))
