On the deck

Our latest storm has not passed by yet. The forecasters are telling us the final count will be about 80 cm.

I shovelled a safety path from our two outside doors tonight but I didn't dare start on most of the deck.

We won't be sitting in the deck chairs tomorrow morning sipping our tea.

Fantastic photo. I heard on the Weather Network that 62.5 cm had fallen as of early today.

The final counts were somewhat higher. The airport, about fifteen km north of us, measured something like 72 cm. And the weather station about two km south of us measured ninety! I think our neighbourhood got about eighty.

And they are calling for more in three or four days. :)
