Cypripedium acaule (Pink Lady's-slipper orchid) + Tetracis cachexiata (White Slant-line moth)

This set of images represents several trips to Eva Chandler Heritage Preserve in upstate Greenville County, South Carolina. They were taken over a period of a little more than 4 weeks! A lot of growth can be accomplished in a short amount of time where orchids are concerned...

I'd really like an identification of this moth. In addition, I'd like to know why it is positioned on the lip cleft where pollinators normally enter. These two moth images were taken on two different flowers early in the morning the same day about 1/2 mile apart.
