Oh je hebt zo gelijk, Fred. Het waren maar kleintjes, maar gekookt met suiker en de smakelijke havermoutkruimel over hen smaken ze prachtig.

They are damson plums, Gracie. They are just very small and quite sourish. As Fred above says, eaten raw and everything in your mouth pulls together!!!! Perfect answer to them! Still cooked with sugar and with a gorgeous nutty oatmeal crumble over them, they tasted just superb.
