Wall Hair

Wall alongside of the harbour at Lybster in Caithness.
The wall was likely built around 1880 as part of the harbour rebuild, following storm damage.

Large for detail, HWW to all.

Die Trockenmauer ist perfekt, Roger.
Die Steine sind exakt zugeschnitten. Sie gehen sehr gut ineinander über. Die schützende Krone scheint zwar betoniert, aber so gewährt sie sicher mehr Halt.
Ich mag Trockenmauern sehr, sie bieten wie auch hier Pflanzen aber auch Tieren Unterschlupf.
