Interesting contrasts!

Thanks, Bob. The curved figures seem to be resigning themselves to the victory of trabeate architecture. Or so it seems to me.

They're certainly an unusual choice for property developers.

Thanks, Keith. The drawings seem to me like something you'd find in the pages of the New Yorker.

Thanks, Roger. The art is a refreshing change from the usual idealized representation of the planned building.

Very nice! Also, you taught me a new word, "trabeate". It is a word that I should have known as someone who spends much of my week looking at a rectangular screen, seated inside a rectangular cuboid that is itself inside a large box connected by a tunnel to a tube in which I enter another mobile tube, to connect to a smaller box on wheels to bring me back to the box where I sleep,

And if you were in Toronto, the streets would be full of rectangular buildings -- really full. Actually, I had to look the word up myself. I knew architecture could be divided into two types, one of which was arcuate, but I wasn't too sure about trabeate.
