Thanks, George. Canada is the only non-European nation among the top ten coffee-drinking countries. Come to think of it, the Australian TV series City Homicide gave me a better idea of Australian coffee culture than the articles I'd read about it. Melbourne looks like Wonderland.

Speaking of CH, Aaron Pederson went on to Mystery Road; I've only seen the TV series but the photography is stunning.
