A dream of the office? Notebooks full of unfinished work, perhaps?

When this photo was taken, Bob, I actually had unfinished work in my office, so it could well be.

A very clever perspective John. I'm pretty sure this was taken in a clothes shop and these are probably trousers............and lots of them!

I suspect there is a tiny selfie of you in each of the shiny knobs. but I can only see shadows!

Thanks, Keith. Maybe I'll try examining the knobs a bit closer.

I probably should do more of that, Gisela. A view from an unusual angle is often very interesting.

That was Sartre's original definition of hell, TLC. However, a printer from a family engaged in a long-running feud with the Sartre family changed le pantalon to les Sartre in the original script of Huis clos. The cast and director, however, took this as an example of Sartre's donnish humour, and decided that he obviously meant them to say les autres. Sartre did not learn of this till the dress rehearsal, and by then, of course, it was too late.

And so absent trousers continue their reign of terror.
