Ein Blick auf einen Teil der Kurbelwelle der Dreifach-Dampf-Expasionsmaschine im Dampf-Eisbrecher Stettin. Die beiden nebeneinanderliegenden Pleuelaugen gehören eimal zur Kolbenstange des Dampfzylinders, und das andere zur Dampfschiebersteuerung die den Dampf jeweils oberhalb und unterhalb des Kolbens einströmen lässt.

Die "Stettin" habe ich während meines letzten Besuchs vor 2 Jahren ausführlich besucht. Es gab sogar eine fachkundige Führung durch das Personal. :-)
