Sunday 27 January 2019 (1015) - Ambassador Travel 211 (BF63 ZSL), a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B9R new in January 2014, seen on the A11 near Kennett when working the 0820 National Express service 491 from Great Yarmouth to London. This service was then timed at Acle (0835), Norwich bus station (0855-0905) and Norwich (UEA) (0920) before travelling non-stop to Stratford (East London) (1130). With a call at Aldgate (1150) it was due to arrive at Victoria Coach Station at 1220. So far it was running nicely to time.
