DSCN7486 Stagecoach (United Counties) MX08 GHK at Great Doddington - 30 Jan 2012
Monday 30 January 2012 (1103) - Stagecoach (United Counties)
15446 (MX08 GHK) leaving Great Doddington (Square) when working the 0947 service from Thrapston to Northampton. In the background is 15449 (MX08 GHU) working the 1025 service from Northampton to Thrapston. Both these Alexander Dennis Enviro400 bodied Scania N230UD double deckers are branded for the X46/X47 and were new to Stagecoach Manchester (Greater Manchester South) in March 2008. The X46 and X47 services combine to give a service every 30 minutes between Northampton and Thrapston however, between Wellingborough and Earls Barton, it is only the X47 which serves Great Doddington, the X46 takes a different route serving the nearby village of Wilby
