Beautifully composed Christa - the symmetry is very pleasing to the eye. I had thought it was a ruin but to find it is an unfinished chapel takes nothing from the beauty but adds charm and a little sadness . I imagine it attracts many visitors as it is for it's beauty, peace and history.

Danke Edna, die Wanderung war nicht lang, eher ein gemütlicher Spaziergang, aber "blessed" fiel mir damals gerade so ein für den Titel ;-) Von den Temperaturen würde es zwar fast passen, aber ansonsten wird's bei uns nix mit Frühlingswoch : es ist Regen angesagt (obwohl, den brauchen wir auch....).
