Erntezeit - Harvest time
Schon ab Spätsommer sind Eichhörnchen sehr aktiv und „ernten“ unermüdlich Nussbäume. Besonders gerne verstecken sie für den Winter Wal- und Haselnüsse in ihren Nahrungsdepots. Eichhörnchen halten keinen Winterschlaf und müssen jeden Tag ihren Kobel verlassen, um fressen zu gehen.
