Die ersten Herbstfarben - The first colours of autumn- PiPs

Yesterday I visited the Japanese Garden on the former horticultural show area. From the hectic hustle and bustle of the city, you get here into an almost heavenly peace, which is disturbed by only few visitors. In Japanese gardens, landscapes are recreated in a very small space, water, stones and special trees play a major role. The paths are never straight, but always winding and open up ever new lines of sight. The Würzburg Japanese Garden was created in 1990 as a contribution of the Japanese twin city Otsu through planning and with the support of the famous Japanese landscape architecture office of Prof. Nakane.
